Abstract
Objective:To explore effect of hope nursing model on anxiety and depression of elderly patients with coronary heart disease before PCI treatment.Methods:Sixty five cases of coronary heart disease requires PCI were selected as the research object. Then according to each patient's anxiety, depression severity and implementation of individualized nursing mode, the day before to PCI in patients with again by the two quantities to evaluate of patients with anxiety, depression degree.Results: The implementation of hope nursing model former SAS is(64.32±9.87)points, after the implementation of SAS is (34.01±6.02) points; Hope nursing mode before the SDS(66.20±7.45)after the implementation of SDS(33.21±7.98).after hope nursing mode SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower, compared with before carrying out a significant difference (t=9.012, t=8.991,P<0.01).Conclusion: Hope nursing mode can effectively relieve coronary heart disease (CHD) patients before PCI treatment anxiety, depression, cooperate a doctor for smoothly completed treatment laid a good foundation.关键词
