阿托伐他汀钙对新诊2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者血清铁蛋白的影响OA
Impact on atorvastatin calcium of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic dyslipidemia in patients with serum ferritin
目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙对新诊2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者血清铁蛋白的影响。方法收集2014年2月～2015年4月期间我院收治的初诊2型糖尿病合并血脂异常患者87例，随机分为观察组43例，对照组44例，对照组阿托伐他汀钙治疗（10mg），观察组用阿托伐他汀钙治疗（20mg），两组均治疗4个月，比较两组血脂水平及Fe、CRP、SF、HbA1C。结果治疗后两组TC、TG、LDL-C水平、HbA1C、CRP、SF水平均明显低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜…查看全部>>
