Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of group B streptococcal infection on pregnancy outcome in late pregnancy pregnant women,in order to provide certain referenced basis to guarantee health of mother and infant. Methods 2000 pregnant women, who were antenatal cared and cured in obstetrics department of our hospital from Janury to December 2014, were selected as the research objects.To detect the infection rate of group B streptococcal using by rapid assaying card, to investigate the infection rate of group B streptococcal of the research objects, to compare the pregnancy outcome between positive pregnant women and negative pregnant women.Results The incidence of intrauterine infection, fetal distress,amniotic fluid contamination, and postpartum hemorrhage and so on detected in positive pregnant women were higher than which in control group,the differences was statically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group B streptococcal infection in late pregnancy pregnant women could increase the disease probability of intrauterine infection,fetal distress, amniotic fluid contamination,and postpartum hemorrhage and so on,could produce harmful effect on health of mother and infant,could be paid high attention to prevent group B streptococcal infection in clinical.关键词
