Application of vagina-abdomen combined method in caesarean section with placenta previa

Abstract
ObjectiveTo explor application of vagina-abdomen combined method in caesarean section with placenta previa.Methods40 patients with caesarean section with placenta previa who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.They were all received treatment of vagina-abdomen combined method.Blood loss of 24 hours after the operation,and postoperative complications were analyzed.They were received reexamination of 42 days after delivery and situations of postpartum menstrual recovery and subsequent pregnancy were summarized. ResultsAverage operative time,mean hemostatic time and blood loss of 24 hours after the operation of 40 parturient were(60.23±23.34)min,(14.21±9.12)min and(198.23±23.12)mL respectively.There were no serious complications occurred after operative in all parturient.Of them,there were 24 cases of the temperature at 37.5 degrees to 38 degree for five days.No postoperative hemorrhage occurred.And a small amount of lochia only occurred in 8 cases. From the perspective of newborn situation, there were 1 case of placenta increta accounting for 2.5%,3 cases of premature infants accounting for 7.5% and 2 cases of neonatal asphyxia accounting for 5%.All parturient had a good uterine involution.In reexamination of 42 days after delivery,postpartum menstruation of all parturient returned to be normal.No parturient had subsequent pregnancy when subsequent pregnancy was observed. Conclusion The application of vagina-abdomen combined method in caesarean section with placenta previa has an accurate applicative effect,rapid hemostasis and high safety which is helpful for neonatal prognosis and reservation of the uterine.It is worthy of promotion in basic hospital.关键词
