超早期康复护理干预对老年缺血性脑卒中患者临床疗效的影响
Effect of super-early rehabilitation nursing intervention on clinical efficacy for elderly patients with ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To probe into clinical application effect of super-early rehabilitation nursing intervention on clinical efficacy for elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods From January 2013 to June 2014,90 elderly patients with ischemic stroke were selected in our hospital.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly.The elderly patients with ischemic stroke in control group were treated with general routine nursing.The patients in intervention group were treated with super-early rehabilitation nursing as intervention program.The clinical treatment situation of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe ratio of progressive significantly and total effective for neurologic recovery of the patients in intervention group was 46.67% and 91.11%.The ratio of progressive significantly and total effective for neurologic recovery of the patients in control group was 26.67% and 68.89%.There were increased significantly,after statistical analysis,the differences were significant statistically (P<0.05).After intervention,the FMA scores and BI scores of the patients in intervention group were (53.69±4.25) points and (73.52±6.63) points.The FMA scores and BI scores of the patients in control group were (40.72±3.60) points and (61.65±5.08) points.There were increased significantly,after statistical analysis,the differences were significant statistically (+<0.05).ConclusionSuper-early rehabilitation nursing interventions could restore neurologic function effectively and promote activities of daily living to improve and upgrade for elderly patients with ischemic stroke.关键词
