Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing on improving the Perioperative nursing effect of uterine fibroids.Methods 64 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were selected, and were divided into conventional nursing group and targeted nursing group. Conventional nursing group was given routine nursing, while the targeted nursing group was given the targeted nursing. The postoperative pain, liver function recovery time, bed activity time and the degree of nursing work recognition in two groups were compared.Results The postoperative pain, liver function recovery time, bed activity time of targeted nursing group were lower than those of conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The degree of nursing work recognition of targeted nursing group was higher than conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of uterine fibroids, targeted nursing can effectively reduce the pain of patients, promote the recovery of patients, and can improve the nursing job satisfaction, it is worthy of full implementation and promotion.关键词
