Abstract
Objective To investigate intervention effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on negative emotion in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 142 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were divided into two groups by random number table method. 71 patients treated routine nursing as control group. 71 patients treated cognitive behavioral therapy as observation group. Pain score; life quality score; anxiety score; depression score; joint activity index were evaluated before and after nursing treatment compliance and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After nursing, pain score; anxiety score; depression score decreased significantly while life quality score; joint activity index increased significantly in two groups. Pain score; anxiety score; depression score in observation group were significantly lower than control group. Life quality score; joint activity index in observation group were significantly higher than control group. Variation degree of pain score; life quality score; anxiety score; depression score; joint activity index before and after nursing in observation group were significantly bigger than control group. Treatment compliance; nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavior therapy can significantly improve negative emotions of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, which can reduce pain and improve life quality.关键词
