Abstract
Objective The paper explores the measures and methods of perioperative nursing care of children with congenital heart disease, and provides a good guarantee for postoperative rehabilitation.MethodsA research was conducted on a total of 600 children with congenital heart disease after their cardiac surgery, including the nursing methods and postoperative recoveries.ResultsOut of the 600 children researched, only 8 children died, causing a the mortality rate of 0.13%. The others recovered well after the surgery, without any respiratory distress syndrome, lung infection, infection of incision.ConclusionPerioperative nursing and postoperative monitoring of vital signs, respiratory tract management and catheter nursing is the key factor to reduce postoperative complications and mortality rate of children with congenital heart disease.关键词
