Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of the medial collateral ligament of the knee joint with the wire anchors. Methods A total of 54 cases of knee medial collateral ligament injury patient divides according to the method of treatment which is divided into two group (27 cases), observe group give suture anchors fixation, the control group give medial collateral ligament repair, operative time, intraoperative bleeding, hospitalization time, incision Class-A healing rate, complication incidence and follow-up results. Results Two groups of patients with operation time difference was not significant (P>0.05); observation group patients bleeding and hospitalization time were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference is significant (P<0.05); observation group incision Class-A healing rate was significantly higher than in the control group (100.00% and 59.26%), but the complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (11.11% and 37.03%), the differences were statistical significance (P<0.01); observation group patients were followed up for six months after the Lysholm and IKDC score were significantly higher than those in the treatment group and control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of knee joint medial collateral ligament injury, the clinical results of the treatment of the bolt with wire anchor is more ideal.关键词
