Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic surgery for meniscal injury. Methods There were 136 patients in the study, all of them were collected from January 2013 to May 2014 period meniscus injury cases in our hospital, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, there were 68 cases in the observation group and treated with arthroscopic surgery, there were 68 cases in the control group and treated with a half open meniscal resection, the good rate, operative time, postoperative functional exercise time, hospitalization and Lysholm score of two groups were compared. Results The excellent rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The operative time, postoperative functional exercise time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group, there were significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). After 12 months, Lysholm scores of the observation group and control group was significant increases then before operation, there were significant difference(P<0.05); Lysholm score of the observation group after 12 months was significantly increased than the control group, there were significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic surgery for meniscus injury significant effect, shorten operation time and postoperative functional exercise time, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, shorten the course, can in clinical application.关键词
