Abstract
With the increasing augmentation of the enrollment scale of domestic medical education in recent years, graduates of medicine are becoming more. These also bring new opportunities and challenges to archives management of graduates. Thus, how to establish the new mode of archives management of modern medical graduates is worthy of further explored. As the medical academic center in the region, our hospital undertook graduate teaching work since 1996. Graduate archives management is established and gradually move into the new period of systematic and informational construction and development after nearly 20 years construction and development. Taking graduate archives management in our hospital as example, the paper discusses practice and experience on systematization and information construction of archives management of general hospital graduate in new period.关键词
