三七总皂苷治疗高脂血症的临床效果及药理作用分析
Clinical effect and pharmacological analysis of panax Notoginseng saponins in the treatment of hyperlipidmia
摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect and pharmacological action of panax Notoginseng saponins (PNS) on hyperlipidemia. Methods 60 cases of hyperlipidemia hyperlipidemia patients in our hospital from 2014 February to February 2015 were randomly selected as the object of study, 60 patients were treated with Xuesaitong dispersible tablets, the changes of blood lipid and blood flow in patients after treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results TG, TC, LDL-CH, and HDL-CH were significantly different between the two groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The blood flow of the patients was significantly different with those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The PNS has the effect of reducing blood lipid, inhibiting platelet aggregation, lowering the fiber, anti arrhythmia, anti inflammation, anti-oxidation and so on. It is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular system, respiratory system and other diseases. Panax Notoginseng saponins in the heart and brain blood system disease, kidney and other aspects of the disease such as high blood lipids in the application effect is good, it is worth of in-depth analysis and research.关键词
