中药封包联合复方大承气汤治疗不完全性肠梗阻的临床研究
Application research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) packet joint compound Dachengqi soup in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine packet joint compound Dachengqi soup in treatment incomplete intestinal obstruction.Methods100 inpatient with incomplete intestinal obstruction were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,the treatment group received self-made traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) packet combined with compound Dachegnqi soup,the control group was treated with traditional methods in treatment,the obstruction lift time, hospitalization period,cure rate,recurrence rate within a year of the two groups were observed,and analyzed by statistical method. Results The bowel sound recovery time, time to intestinal obstruction lifting, anal exhaust time, defecation time, hospitalization time of the treatment group after treatment were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The symptoms, physical signs,total score of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The symptoms,physical signs,total score in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);X-ray cure rate in treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Two groups of patients were followed up for 1 year,recurrence rates in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Chinese medicine packet joint compound Dachengqi soup in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction is remarkable,less side effects,can be popularized in clinical.关键词
