Abstract
Objective To observe clinical applicative effect and safety of red and blue light combined with viaminate in treatment of severe acne in 115 cases and to explore its clinical applicability.Methods330 patients with moderate to severe acne who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, with 115 in each. Clinical curative effect of patients in two groups were observed and recorded. And they were received GAGS scoring before and after treatment. In addition, improvement of rash before and after treatment and occurrence of complication of patients in two groups were recorded.ResultsEffective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 85.2% and 61.7% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). GAGS scores after treatment of two groups were significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Improvement of rash of the experimental group was better than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Occurrence of complication of patients in two groups had no significant difference and it had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Red and blue light combined with viaminate in treatment of moderate to severe acne has significant clinical effect and high safety, worthy of clinical long-term promotion and application.关键词
