Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of orthopedics specialist care for the treatment of outpatient with radioulnar double fracture.Methods 76 cases of outpatient with radioulnar double fracture in our hospital from July 2013 to February 2015 were randomly divided into research group and control group,each were 38 cases. The research group were received orthopedics specialist care.The control group were received conventional nursing care.The limb swelling and pain score at different time after reset,forearm function excellent rate and satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.ResultsAfter 7d and 20d,the limb swelling value of research group were respectively (3.57±1.01)cm and (0.75±0.06)cm,which were lower than (5.37±1.20)cm and (1.47±0.82)cm of control group (P<0.05).Before teratment,the pain score of two groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After reset 48h and 96h,the pain score of research group were lower than control group (P<0.05).The forearm function excellent rate of research group was 94.7%,which was higher than 76.3% of control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of research group was higher than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopedics specialist care for the treatment of outpatient with radioulnar double fracture is effective.It can effectively eliminate limb swelling,improve pain and promote functional recovery.It’s better than conventional care measures.关键词
