Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of cotton sticks rubbed stimulation on the early stroke patients with dysphagia, in order to further sum up the nursing methods of patients with stroke.MethodsA total of 92 patients with stroke in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, the two groups were treated with basic routine nursing and early rehabilitation training program. Functional rehabilitation training of the control group was carried out by conventional stroke, the observation group further received cotton swab rubbed stimulating nursing. After the end of the nursing care, the incidence of aspiration, the clinical treatment effect and the incidence of complications caused by dysphagia and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in aspiration occurring rate(P>0.05), but after treatment, the observation group's aspiration occurring rate was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Through the treatment, the incidence of aspiration between the two groups of patients were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05). The clinical total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical total effective rate was 76.1% in observation group and 54.3% in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was 26.1%, significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In early stroke applied basic routine function training and cotton rods rubbed stimulation has better effects in improving the swallowing function, effectively reduces the difficulty in swallowing lead to aspiration, pneumonia and malnutrition and other complications, and achieve good clinical curative effect, simple, suitable for clinical application.关键词
