Abstract
Objective To investigate the water colloid in pediatric nursing Ⅱ degree burn effect, and evaluate its worth.Methods Children 48 cases with Ⅱ degree burns, according to the random number method divided into an observation group (24 cases, the use of com feel hydro colloid comprehensive nursing) and a control group (24 cases, using Mabel burn cream with comprehensive care), compared the two groups of patients with clinical care effect and adverse reactions occur. ResultsThe wound began liquefaction time, the wounds begin to repair, wound healing time and complete the first four painful dressing changes were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionIn the treatment of children's second degree burn, the application of water colloid, quick healing, pain of dressing change, safety is high, it is worth promoting.关键词
