Abstract
Objective To observe and study the effect of high-quality nursing on treatment cognition degree and disease control of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods120 elderly patients with chronic disease who were treated in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into the control group (routine chronic disease nursing group) and the observation group (high-quality nursing group), with 60 in each. Treatment cognition degree and disease control effect of 4 weeks and 12 weeks before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results Treatment cognition degree and disease control effect of 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was significant difference after nursing.ConclusionThe effect of high-quality nursing on treatment cognition degree and disease control of elderly patients with chronic diseases is more positive, which and it has higher application value for the elderly patients.关键词
