Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the application effect on neurological recovery of routine care and rehabilitation care in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 120 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into a control group and a study group, 60 cases in each, the control group received routine care neurology, the experimental group were given comprehensive rehabilitation care. FMA score, BI score and quality of life were observed.Results The FMA score and BI score of experimental group was significantly higher (P<0.05) than the control group. Quality of life scale of overall health, physical function, role-physical, bodily pain, vitality, social function, emotional function and emotional health scores of experimental group were significantly higher (P<0.05) than the control group.Conclusion The rehabilitation care can enhance the therapeutic effect in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, promote the recovery of neurological function, and improve their quality of life, is worthy of promotion.关键词
