Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of self management behavior and blood pressure control of the patients with hypertension in community. Methods 112 patients with hypertension in our hospital from May 2013 to April 2015 were selected,and received the community management.The change of self management behavior and the control of blood pressure in patients before and after intervention were compared.Results The self efficacy scale scores of patients with hypertension were increased from (32.75±8.22) before the intervention (6.05±54.26),and SBP decreased (6.43±10.46)mm Hg, DBP(4.24±96.42)mm Hg (83.12±3.87)mm Hg.ConclusionThe implementation of community management in patients with hypertension can improve self management behavior,help to better control blood pressure,social benefits and economic benefits,is worth of great significance.关键词
