Abstract
ObjectiveTo retrospectively analyze the critical value of historical data, and evaluate the suitability and implementation of the results of the reporting system of the critical value.Methods The critical value data were selected in the laboratory information system from 2010 to 2014,laboratory turnaround time,the value of the incidence and distribution projects,the relationship between patient visits and the number of critical values of critical values was critically assessed.Results It reported 31,615 cases in critical value,the rate was 0.34%;among hospitalized patients accounted for 86.42%,ward distributed mainly in ICU,hematology,cardiology,emergency department and respiratory,accounting for 86.88%;after 2012 twice turnaround time critical values were significantly different findings,the average TAT project shortened checks 20min,had significantly improved.ConclusionThe regular review of project data analysis critical value,is a necessary means to continually improve the quality of clinical laboratories to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment,to meet the security requirements of the patient.关键词
