Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum prealbumin (PA) combined with Child-pugh grade to diagnosis evaluate liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis.MethodsPA, Child-pugh grade, ascites and one year survival rate of patients with cirrhosis from 2011 to 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The serum PA values of were compared between healthy control group and Child-Pugh groups. The relationship between serum PA and Child-Pugh levels in patients with liver cirrhosis after surgical operation was analyzed, and the one year survival rate of patients with liver disease by PA combined with Child-Pugh grade was evaluated. ResultsThe serum PA among patients with different Child-pugh grades were significantly different (P<0.01). A large number of ascites occurred in Child-Pugh A liver cirrhosis patients with PA (120.5±33.6) mg/L and no ascites occurred in patients with PA (197.0±42.1) mg/L, the former was lower than the latter significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion The use of serum PA combined with Child-Pugh grade could be beneficial to predict the incidence of ascites in patients with liver disease after operation.关键词
