Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare the effect between sevoflurane anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia in pediatric operation.Methods 120 cases of pediatric surgery from February 2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object, after randomization amateurish, group A choosed total intravenous anesthesia and group B choosed anesthetic sevoflurane anesthesia. The time of MAP, heart rate (HR), blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), the time of consciousness, the time of intubation, the recovery time, the recovery time and the time of extubation were observed. Results Before induction, intraoperative and postoperative fluctuations in the index of the map, HR, SpO2 in group B was significantly lower than that in group A, the difference was significant statistical (P<0.05). In group B, the recovery time and orientation recovery time and pull tube time was significantly shorter in the first division, but amateurish consciousness disappeared time, intubation time was significantly shorter than that in group B, it had significant statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Children with pediatric surgery application of total intravenous rapid onset of anesthesia, anesthetic effect quickly, but sevoflurane anesthesia is more helpful to maintain the stability of hemodynamics, the effect is relatively stable, high safety and postoperative fast awake, popularization and application.关键词
