摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of disinfection and sterilization monitoring and hospital infection control in operating room.MethodsTo monitor the effect of disinfection and sterilization in operating room according to the operation requirements stipulate by disinfection technical guidelines.To observe the patients' postoperative wound condition according to the methods of retrospectively study and spot clinical observation.Results The differences of the eligible sterilization rate of air, disinfection materials, hands of medical staff after implementation of disinfection and sterilization monitoring(98.96%,100.00%,100.00%)were statically significant compared with which before implementation of disinfection and sterilization monitoring(92.63%,93.75%,88.57%)(P<0.05).The differences of the surgical patients' wound infection rate after implementation of disinfection and sterilization monitoring(2.57%) was statically significant compared with which before implementation of disinfection and sterilization monitoring(6.41%) (P<0.05). The differences of type-Ⅰ,type-Ⅱ,type-Ⅲ wound infection rate after implementation of disinfection and sterilization monitoring(0.39%、2.21%、5.77%) were statically significant compared with which before implementation of disinfection and sterilization monitoring(2.54%、6.22%、11.34%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Disinfection and sterilization monitoring could effectively improve the sterilization rate of air, equipment, and instruments in operating room, could effectively reduce the postoperative wound infection rate of surgical patients, is worthy of clinical popularization.关键词
