Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the whole health education model in diabetes care management applications. Methods60 diabetic patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,30 cases in the control group,the control group received traditional education,and the observation group received the whole health education model,application results between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the patient's blood glucose changes in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05); after treatment,the patient's blood glucose changes in the observation group,the rate of diabetes knowledge and self-management master rate in the observation group was better than the control group;nursing satisfaction was 96.67% and76.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes throughout the implementation of health education model,which can effectively improve blood sugar levels in patients,improve patient knowledge on diabetes control rate and self-management skills,while improving patient satisfaction care.关键词
