Abstract
Objective To investigate the management of community screening filter effect early control of hypertension.Methods 1000 people in two community management of hypertension were divided into an observation group and the a control group, 500 people in each, the observation group received community management filter screening, early blood pressure control rate of diagnosed patients, medication compliance, study the incidence rate of patient management, related diseases of high blood pressure, high-risk groups were observed with early screening found.Results The filter screening early observation group management and standardized management of patients with hypertension was 83.20%, significantly higher than that in the control group with 30.80% (P<0.01); medication compliance, blood pressure control, related diseases between the observation group and control group, 500 patients in the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05); prevention knowledge rate of patients with hypertension in the observation group (89.80%) was significantly higher than 76.20% in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionFiltering through community screening method can effectively improve hypertension early detection, early intervention, to early treatment to minimize the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.关键词
