Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze therapy effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with intramuscular Kinesio Taping in clinical stroke with shoulder joint subluxation.Methods60 cases of shoulder joint subluxation patients with cerebral apoplexy in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2015 were selected as the study object,allocated into two different groups.The control group were treated with received basic rehabilitation therapy,the study group received neuromuscular electrical stimulation with intramuscular effect therapy,clinical prognosis evaluation of disease effect.ResultsIn study group,the effect of clinical disease incidence was 93.3%,the complications were 3.3%,in control group the effect of clinical disease incidence was 73.3%,the complications were 20.0%,compared with the control group,there were differences significant statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation with intramuscular in patients of shoulder joint subluxation with cerebral apoplexy is remarkable,can improve the effect of disease, improve the limb function, is worthy of application.关键词
