Early application of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate combined with nitroglycerin in treatment of acute decompensated heart failure

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate (FDP) combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of acute decompensated heart failure (ASHF). Methods 80 ASHF patients with cardiac function classification (NYHA) Ⅲ - Ⅳ who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2013 were selected and they were randomly allocated to the control group and the treatment group. The control group was received routine treatment including oxygen inhalation, diuresis, continuous infusion of nitroglycerin and so on. The treatment group was received infusion of FDP10g (speed 300ug/min) at the basis of routine treatment. Improvement of dyspnea and clinical symptoms of 24h after treatment of two groups were observed. Results Total effective rate of improvement of dyspnea of 24h after treatment of the treatment group and the control group was 85.0%and 62.5%respectively (P < 0.05). Total effective rate of improvement of clinical symptoms of the treatment group and the control group was 87.5% and 67.5% respectively (P < 0.05). Adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Application of FDP and nitroglycerin in treatment of ASHF is safe and effective.关键词
