Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect and mechanism of Guanxinning injection in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 200 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The two groups were received by routine intensive treatment according to guidelines for cardiovascular diseases. And they were received oral administration of anti-platelet aggregation, beta adrenergic receptor blocker (beta blockers),nitric acid,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) and other drugs.The observation group was received intravenous drip of 500ml of 5% glucose or normal saline plus 20mL of Guanxinning injection once a day for 14 days at the basis of the routine treatment.Clinical curative effect, heart function,blood flow change and other indexes before and after treatment were recorded. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05).New function indexes including EF,SV,IVS,RPP after treatment of patients in the observation group were superior to those before treatment.After treatment, differences in new function indexes including EF,SV,IVS,RPP of two groups had statistical significance (P < 0.05).Whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity, hematocrit, plasma viscosity, fibrae sanguis and other blood rheological indexes after treatment of the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and the control group (P <0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups.In the observation group,there were 4 cases of irritability,dizziness,sweating and other discomfort symptoms and 2 cases of blood congestion injections. Conclusion The curative of Guanxinning injection in treating coronary heart disease was significant.It can significantly improve the coronary blood flow,increase myocardial blood supply,regulate blood lipid and blood coagulation system and improve microcirculation. It is a safe and effective treatment with low costs,worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
