Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with donepezil in treatment of the vascular dementia. Methods 99 VD patients treated in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2015 were selected,randomly divided into an observation group,a control group and abutyphthalide group,with 46 cases in each. Observation group recieved the foundation treat,and further received butylphthalide combined with donepezil.Control group received donepezil while Butylphthalide group received butylphthalide.Patients were evaluated by MMSE and ADL on before treatment,3 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,and adverse reactions were recorded. Results The efficiency of observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than those in the control group 72.72%and butylphthalide group 75.76%(P < 0.05).After treatment,the MMSE score of these three groups was higher than those of pre-treatment(P<0.05), and the ADL score of these three groups was lower those of pre-treatment(P<0.05). After treating for 6 weeks and 12 weeks,the MMSE score of observation group was higher than those in the control group and butylphthalide group(P<0.05),and the ADL score of observation group was lower than those in the control group and butylphthalide group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with donepezil in treatment of vascular dementia clinical effect is better than using single drug,worth of promoting.关键词
