盐酸氨溴索联合氨茶碱治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果及对肺功能的影响OA
Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with aminophylline in treatment of infantile bronchial asthma and its effect on pulmonary function
目的：探究盐酸氨溴索联合氨茶碱对治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法选取我院2013年3月~2015年3月收治的小儿支气管哮喘共132例，按照入院时间顺序分为对照组与观察组，两组患儿均接受支气管常规治疗包括吸氧、抗感染、激素治疗。对照组患儿使用单纯氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘，观察组患儿则使用盐酸氨溴索联合氨茶碱治疗支气管哮喘。治疗结束后比较两组患儿临床疗效，并对比两组患儿治疗前后肺功能的变化。结果观察组患儿支气管哮喘治疗总有效率为90.6…查看全部>>
