Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of bifid triple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea to guide clinical treatment scheme of infantile diarrhea. Methods 60 children with infantile diarrhea who were admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to August 2015 were selected and they were divided into the control group and observation group according to the order of admission time by random number table method. Children in two groups were all received routine treatment including fluid infusion, maintenance of water electrolyte balance, anti-infection, etc. Children in the control group were treated with oral montmorillonite powder while patients in the observation group were treated with bifid triple viable bacteria tablets combined with montmorillonite powder. After treatment, the total effective rate, recovery time of symptoms related to infantile diarrhea and every index in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of children with infantile diarrhea in the observation group was 93.7%, significantly higher than that of the control group 73.3%. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Recovery time of symptoms related to infantile diarrhea and every index including feces returned to normal time, cooling time, every feces routine index returned to normal time, vomiting disappearance time and abdominal pain relief time were all significantly shorter than those of patients in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Bifid triple viable bacterial tablets combined with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea have good effect. And the clinical effect is better than the single oral montmorillonite powder. In addition, it is safe and has no adverse reactions, worth of clinical promotion and application.关键词
