Abstract
Objective To analyze the related factors to early postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 100 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital were selected from January 2010 to January 2015 as research objects of the observation group.100 pregnant women without postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in our hospital in the same period were selected as research objects of the control group.Data of these 200 pregnant women were retrospectively analyzed to analyze related factors to postpartum hemorrhage and to take relevant methods of hemostasis. Results Related factors to early postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were uterine inertia, placenta factor, uterine rupture and blood coagulation dysfunction.After the treatment of hemostasis, hemorrhage of all patients was effectively controlled. Conclusion Before cesarean section, coping with related factors to postpartum hemorrhage and taking effective preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage. After the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage,we should take the relevant preventive measures to control the hemorrhage according to related factors.关键词
