中医护理干预对社区高血压患者生存质量的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of life quality of TCM nursing intervention in patients with hypertension in community. Methods 100 clinical data of patients with hypertension, who were received and treated in community from March 2012 to March 2014, were selected and were divided in to study group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. To make routine nursing intervention in control group, to make TCM nursing intervention based on routine nursing in study group, and to follow up 1 year. To observe the control situation of blood pressure after 1 year, and to analyze the effect of nursing intervention, and the condition of life quality between the two groups. Results The blood pressure of patients before nursing intervention of the two groups were no significantly change(P > 0.05), while the level of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after nursing intervention in study group were significantly lower than which in control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in study group(98.0%) was obviously higher than which in control group(74.0%), the differences was statically significant(P<0.05). The score of life quality in study group was significantly better than which in control group, the differences was statically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing intervention in patients with hypertension in community could effectively improve the condition of patients’ blood pressure, could improve the nursing effect, is better on patients’recure to improve patients’life quality.关键词
