Abstract
Objective To investigate the experience of surgical diagnosis and treatment of traumatic duodenal injuries. Methods 42 cases of traumatic duodenal injury patients in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2013 were selected,the clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed and observed. Results In all cases of traumatic duodenal injuries patients,40 patients were cured and 2 patients died unfortunately,the mortality rate was 4.76%. Conclusion Early diagnosis and effective and timely surgery are good for traumatic duodenal injuries patients,which plays an important role in the treatment of patients,intraoperative careful inspection and comprehensive detection,early diagnosis,early treatment are the key to improve the clinical curative effect.Usually,repairing the duodenum injury and improving for duodenal diverticulum are one of our preferred methods.Choosing the right operation method can reduce the mortality rate and reduce the probability of complications and corresponding to the minimum.关键词
