摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of femoral vein floating electrode catheter temporary cardiac pacemaker in the treatment of Ⅲ atrioventricular heart-block. Methods 69 cases with Ⅲ atrioventricular heart-block inpetients from Vasculocardiology Deparment during January 2012to January 2015 were selected as the study group, and 65 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the control group. The differences of cTnI, BNP level and cardiac function index between the two groups were compared. Results Before temporary cardiac pacemaker treatment, the BNP and cTnI levels in the study group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After temporary cardiac pacemaker treatment, and the BNP and cTnI levels in the study group were significantly lower than pre-therapy of temporary cardiac pacemaker, LVEF and CI were significantly higher than pre-therapy of temporary cardiac pacemaker, LVEDD and LAD were significantly lower than pre-therapy of temporary cardiac pacemaker, the difference between pre-therapy and post-therapy of temporary cardiac pacemake was statistically significant (P < 0.05), The success rate of the temporary cardiac pacing in the treatment of patients with high success rate was high, and no obvious complications occurred. Conclusion Femoral vein floating electrode catheter temporary cardiac pacemaker can significantly reduce BNP and cTnI levels, and significantly improve cardiac function for Ⅲ atrioventricular heart-block, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
