摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods 64 patients with coronary artery disease diagnosed in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research subjects, the use of CT angiography in patients with small calcified plaques inspection, and reconstruction of a thickness of 3mm and 1mm calcified plaques were compared;after the patient multidetector CT imaging, and then underwent coronary angiography, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and feminine predictive value and whether the differences in the diagnostic classification, analysis CT angiography for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease between the two methods were observed. Results CT angiography in patients with small calcified plaques and calcified plaques rebuilt,3mm group found 40 small calcified plaque, calcified plaque 54;1mm group with 54 small calcified plaque,64 calcification plaques.Small calcified plaques and calcified plaque detection rate 100.00%of 1mm group was significantly higher than that in 3mm group with 84.38%,there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.CT diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis ≥ 50% of overall sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 75.2%,80.1%,62.2% and 89.7%,both methods had a high degree of consistency diagnostic classification. Conclusion Patients with coronary artery disease were detected using CT angiography diagnosis, the detection rate is an effective,non-invasive clinical diagnostic methods, should be widely applied.关键词
