Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of nerve function reconstruction treatment for patients with stroke and the influence on limb motor function. Methods 60 cases of patients with stroke in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,each were 30 cases.The control group were treated with conventional drugs and rehabilitation treatment. The research group were treated with nerve function reconstruction based on the conventional treatment. The FMA was used to assess motor function. Barthel index was used to evaluate activities of daily living (ADL).The total effective rate, neurological deficit scores, FMA score and Barthel index of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of research group was 96.7%,which was higher than 73.3%of control group (P < 0.05).The neurological deficit scores, FMA score and Barthel index of two groups before treatment had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).1 month after treatment, neurological deficit scores, FMA score and Barthel index of research group were respectively (5.27±2.28) scores,(54.75±6.26) scores and (73.26±9.67) scores, which were better than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nerve function reconstruction treatment for patients with stroke is effective. It can effectively improve the motor function, self-care ability and quality of life. It’s better than conventional measures. It's worthy of clinical widely used.关键词
