Abstract
Objective To study the effect of docetaxel combined cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and the influence of which on survival rate and toxic side reaction. Methods 78 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, who were received and treated in our hospital from April 2008 to April 2012, were selected and were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 39 cases in each group. Study group was treated with docetaxel combined cisplatin, while control group was treated with single cisplatin. To comparatively analyze the treatment effect, the survival rate, and the toxic side reaction of patients between the two groups. Results The differences of total treatment effective rate was statically significant compared with study group[51.28%(20/39)] and control group[23.08%(9/39)](P<0.05). The differences of median survival time and 1 year survival rate were statically significant compared with study group[(12.6±1.8)months,48.72%(19/39)] and control group[(8.2±1.6)months, 28.21%(11/39)](P<0.05). The differences of toxic side reaction after treatment between the two groups was no statically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Docetaxel combined cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer has certain therapeutic significance, could effectively lengthen the survival time of patients, and would not increase toxic side reaction, is effective method to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
