Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of mecobalamin combined with α-lipoic acid in treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy and research on changes of Hs-CRP level. Methods 400 type 2 diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy who were admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected and they were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to the chronological order of admission.The control group was only given mecobalamin to treat peripheral neuropathy while the observation group was given α- lipoic acid combined with mecobalamine to treat peripheral neuropath. Improvements of clinical symptoms,peripheral nerve conduction velocity and changes in serum Hs-CRP before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the improvement of clinical symptoms of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.TSS scores had statistically difference (P < 0.05).Movement and sensory nerve conduction velocity of the observation group was significantly faster than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,Hs-CRP level of the observation group and the control group was decreased when compared with that before treatment (P<0.05).But after treatment,serum Hs-CRP level of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mecobalamin combined withα-lipoic acid in treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with peripheral neuropathy has good clinical curative effect and it can effectively reduce the Hs-CRP level.关键词
