Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amplatzer combined with and holmium laser lithotripsy by ureter ureteroscope in ureteral calculi. Methods 200 cases in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 admitted the ureter proximal calculi were selected as the research object, according to the different treatment methods were allocated into two groups, the ureteroscopy take lithotripsy (URL) in the application of pipeline occluder with 100 cases (the study group), extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in 100 cases (the control group), the disposable stone clearance rate, operative time, average bleeding volume, blood and urine, duration of hospital stay in, hospitalization expense and complication rate of surgery (postoperative stone drift rate, ureteral injury, postoperative fever) of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the experimental group, the average blood loss, blood and blood in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The stone clearance rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The postoperative stone drift rate, ureteral injury, postoperative fever were significantly lower than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The ureteral occlusion device used in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in the proximal part of the safe and effective, and the operation is simple, to solve the upper ureteral calculi in stone during return pelvis this problem will be of great help.关键词
