Abstract
Objective To investigate the occurrence condition and related factors of anxiety and depression of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in rural areas, in order to provide reference for mental health intervention of COPD patients in rural areas. Methods 60 COPD patients, who were received and treated in clinic of Town Central Hospital of Guangzhou Conghua area from November 2013 to October 2014, were randomly selected as the experimental group. While the other 60 healthy elderly, who were made physical examination in the hospital at the same term, were selected as the control group. To evaluate the degree of anxiety and depression of accepted testing personnel between the two groups, to make the statistics of related factors which could cause anxiety and depression. Results The HAMA and HAMD score of patients in experimental group[(13.23±7.67),(15.91±6.74)] were obviously higher than which in control group[(27.15±4.24),(26.24±6.25)], the differences was statically significant(P<0.05). Age, family average monthly income, every year medical charges, BODE score were the related factors to cause anxiety and depression. The SAS and SDS score of the parameters among different patients was statically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion COPD in rural areas, which is easy concomitant with anxiety and depression, should be pay attention by related personnel, should be detur targeted intervention according to related factors in clinical, in order to improve the life quality of COPD patients in rural areas.关键词
