Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of systematic function rehabilitation treatment and autonomous traditional rehabilitation treatment on the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients with tibial plateau fracture internal fixation. Methods 138 patients tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 69 in each.Patients in the observation group were received systematic functional rehabilitation treatment while patients in the control group were received autonomous traditional rehabilitation treatment.After tibial plateau fracture internal fixation,the recovery of knee joint function, HSS score,good rate of return visit,abnormal rate of recovery of knee joint function and function recovery time after rehabilitation of patients in two groups were compared. Results After systematic function rehabilitation treatment,HSS score of patients in the observation group was (78.27±9.17),significantly better than that of the control group (10.82±9.17) and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The good rate of return visit of the observation group was 98.56%, significantly better than that of the control group 71.02% and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Systematic function rehabilitation treatment on the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients with tibial plateau fracture internal fixation has short recovery period,fast healing, high rate of return visit.But the long-term clinical effect still needs to prolong the follow-up time and increase the sample size to confirm.关键词
