Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of micro self-tapping hollow screw in treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular small fracture. Methods 60 patients with metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular small fracture who were admitted to the department of orthopedics in our hospital from August 2012 to August 2014 were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. 30 patients who were received treatment of micro self-tapping hollow screw were set as the observation group and 30 patients who were received treatment of single Kirschner wire were set as the control group. Clinical curative effect, adverse reactions and postoperative recovery of patients in two groups were compared. Results There was no adverse reaction in two groups. The number of healing, healing time and excellent rate of recovery of joint function in the first period of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Micro self-tapping hollow screw in treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular small fracture has accurate curative effect. It is safe and reliable and it can effectively recover patients’ finger functions, worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
