Abstract
Objective To explore the Clinical study of orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease caused by anterior tooth displacement. Methods 70 patients with anterior tooth movement in our hospital from March 2013 to April -2015 were all selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, after 3 months of treatment, the bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth, alveolar bone height, anterior teeth cover, cover and other conditions were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.14%) (P < 0.05). The patients in the observation group with anterior teeth, bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth, alveolar bone height were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The orthodontic treatment of anterior teeth caused by periodontitis is significant, and it is worth to be used in clinic.关键词
