糖尿病社区管理与内科门诊治疗效果的比较

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore curative effects of community management and medicine clinic in treatment of diabetic patients. Methods 629 diabetic patients in community from January 2011 to December 2014 were selected as the study group while 893 diabetic patients who were received treatment in medicine clinic of superior hospital were selected as the control group. Fasting plasma glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin level and awareness rate of diabetic knowledge of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Fasting plasma glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin level of patients in the observation group were more decreased when compared with the control group (P<0.05). Awareness rate of diabetic knowledge in addition to genetic factors and obesity in two groups had no difference (P>0.05). Awareness of diabetic complications,influence factors to diabetes and treatment method of patients in the observation group were all significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Awareness of diabetic complications of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). In aspect of awareness of influence factors to diabetes,awareness of genetic factors and obesity in two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05) while awareness of other factors in the observation group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). Awareness rate of treatment methods of diabetes of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The community management of diabetes can more effectively control blood glucose and improve awareness rate of diabetic knowledge of patients.关键词
