摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of a stroke rehabilitation unit in stroke patients,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and care of stroke patients. Methods 90 cases of patients with stroke in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2013 were selected as the observation group,received stroke unit management,though 90 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from April 2011 to March 2012 were selected as a control group,received conventional management,the two management models on the rehabilitation of stroke patients were compared. Results The incidence of complications, treatment satisfaction rates in the control group were 26.7%,75.6% respectively;the incidence of disability,complications, treatment satisfaction rate in patients in the observation group was 4.4%,97.8%respectively,compared with the control group,the incidence of disability and complication rate were significantly reduced,treating satisfaction rate was improved significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion The stroke unit can significantly reduce the incidence of disability in stroke patients and the incidence of complications,and can significantly improve patient satisfaction, improve neurological function in patients,for the rehabilitation of patients with a significant role in promoting.关键词
