Abstract
The evaporation heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of refrigerant in the brazed plate heat exchanger was investigated. The influence factors of plate heat exchanger's heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics were analyzed based on the experimental data. A single channel CFD simulation model for the plate heat exchanger was developed, and the accuracy of the model was verified through the comparison with the existing experimental data. The heat transfer coefficient and frictional coefficient correlations were obtained based on the experimental data by modifying the empirical correlations. The average deviation of heat transfer coefficient between the calculated and experimental data was 3.5% and the average deviation of the frictional coefficient between the calculated and experimental data was 5.9%.关键词
