国外HCFCs制冷剂替代品推荐制度研究
Investigation on Recommended Systems of Alternatives to HCFCs in Abroad
摘要
Abstract
Refrigerants are largely produced and consumed in China currently, and the new agreement on the 19th meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol accelerated the phase-out of hydro-chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), so the alternative to refrigerants has become more urgent in China. Europe countries promote actively the natural refrigerants as the alternatives to HCFCs, and US mainly uses HFCs as the alternatives to HCFCs. The Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Alternative Refrigerants Evaluation Program (AREP) of the United States Air-conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) and Technology & Economic Assessment Panel (TEAP) Reports of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) are introduced in order to provide guidance of alternatives to HCFCs in various fields.关键词
