酸碱脱灰对煤结构及其热解特性的影响
Influence of demineralization on structure and pyrolysis characteristics of coal with acid-alkali method

Abstract
The ultra-clean coal was prepared by acid-alkali method, the influence of the demineralization on the structure and pyrolysis characteristics of coal were investigated comprehensively based on XRD, Raman spectroscopy, FTIR and TG/DTG tenologies. The results show that good effect of demineralization is achieved by acid-alkali method, and that the ash content of coal samples is reduced to below 0.5%. The molecular structure of the treated coal is destroyed and disordered structure is increased. The contents of hydroxyl and aliphatic functional groups (methyl, methylene) decrease in the ultra-clean coal, the Si—O—Si and Si—O groups disappear, but the number of oxygen functional groups such as phenol and ether increase significantly. Furthermore, demineralization has greater effect on the molecular structure of the coal with lower metamorphic degree. The barrier of mass and heat transfer is reduced by demineralization, thus the initial decomposition temperature (ts) and the maximum mass loss temperature (tmax) move to low temperature area, and the reaction is promoted during pyrolysis.关键词
